4000 Pakistanis are missing and now Musharraf hand found behind their missing, he sold 4000 Pakistanis to foreign countries. Justice (r) Javed Iqbal says Aftab Sherpao also part of 'secret handover' made in exchange of US dollars. Foreign agencies also involved in enforced disappearances.

Former military ruler General (r) Pervez Musharraf secretly handed over as many as 4,000 Pakistanis to foreign countries but he was denying to admit the fact of handed over the Pakistanis to US and other foreign countries.

In 2011, Advocate Iqbal Khan had appeared on behalf of Muhammad Siddique of Mohalla Malikpura and filed an application under Section 22-A of the PPC seeking registration of a criminal case against Musharraf.

He said his client Siddique contended that his son Atiqur Rehman, an employee of Qadeer Khan Research Laboratory, was picked up by local police one evening of September 2005 – the very next morning of his wedding.

According to the complainant, his son was later taken into custody by the sleuths of intelligence agencies and has not returned home since then.

On Siddique’s application, the court of district judge had ordered the registration of a criminal case against Musharraf at the city police station in Abbottabad in September 2010.

And in March 2013, Honorable Supreme court had ordered the attachment of Musharraf’s movable and immovable property and had declared him a proclaimed offender though the case file was closed and Musharaf given a safe passage always to move outside of Pakistan.

Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been submitted against Musharaf but still no way out have been found to unearth all the missing persons.

Thousand missing persons from various parts of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa province, Balochistan and the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata) families are looking for justice. The case of missing persons is also a major issue of concern that Pakistani establishment faces in Balochistan province.
